Just as we go to sleep at night and wake in the morning.. If the day never end how can we start fresh??
So lets do this together, 1....2....3... Deep Breath.
I use to get hung up on my days, couldn't sleep at night because I worried. Now I let it go. I realize my next day is going to be what I make of it. If I wake up and start to worry, I am only causing trouble for myself. No one around me will worry as much as I may be. So why should I be? I just count to three and take my deep breath. Step back from reality and realize its always a new beginning when I wake up.
